Each of these gardens offers a stunning view of Dal Lake and is a testament to the Mughal era’s love for natural beauty. Visit Parimahal and the vibrant Tulip Garden, which bloom with color if you’re visiting in spring.
In the afternoon, take a spiritual journey to the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the city, or visit the Hazratbal Mosque, beautifully located by the lake. As the evening sets in, return to your hotel to relax, with dinner waiting to cap your first day in this magical destination.

For an added thrill, you can take an ATV bike ride to the waterfall.
Once in Gulmarg, the day is yours to explore. Choose from a variety of activities such as a relaxing stroll in the meadows, bird watching, or a round of golf in this idyllic landscape. Don’t miss the Gondola ride, which offers a stunning ascent to the Apharwat Peak via Kongdori. For winter travelers, snow activities such as skiing, snow sledging, and snowmobiling await.
As the day ends, return to Srinagar and unwind at your hotel, ready to share stories of your adventures.
