We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring the smooth running of our services.
Booking Deposit:
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be retained.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be retained.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be retained.
Changes to Bookings: If you wish to modify your travel dates or other arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, any additional charges incurred due to changes (e.g., new hotel bookings, flight amendments) will be your responsibility.
Cancellation by Us: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather-related disruptions, or other emergencies, we may have to cancel or reschedule your tour. In such cases:
- We will offer a full refund or alternative dates for the tour.
- Airline cancellations (if applicable) will be governed by the airline’s policies.
Amendments and Refunds:
- Any cancellation or amendment involving airline tickets will be charged as per the airline’s policies.
- Once the services are confirmed, no refund is given for unused portions of the package (e.g., meals, activities, or transport).
Please note that any personal expenses like laundry, tips, room service, or additional services requested during your trip are non-refundable.
